  • 1972 - November - Jim Orth founded the James B. Orth Insurance Agency located at Sixth and Holland Streets in Erie, Pennsylvania.

  • 1991 - March - The office relocated to Jones School Square at 150 East Eighth Street in Erie, Pennsylvania.

  • 1991 - July - Jim Orth and Marybeth Baran formed a partnership when they acquired the Louis Henry Agency.

  • 1996 - August - The name of the Agency was changed to Northshore Insurance Agency after acquiring the Thomas J. Fortuna Agency.

  • 2007 - March - The Agency relocated to its present location at 2340 West Grandview Boulevard, Suite 3, Erie, Pennsylvania.
